This notice explains how LoaTours handles information sent through its website, AI chat or WhatsApp.
Information collected
We may collect information you submit in a booking request or message, such as contact and cruise details. The AI chat stores your messages, its responses, page language, related tour or port, timestamps, and technical usage information under a pseudonymous session identifier.
AI chat boundary
The AI assistant explains approved tour, port and booking-request information. It cannot create, change or confirm a booking and should not be given payment-card, passport, health or other sensitive information.
Why it is used
Booking information is used to answer requests, verify excursion logistics, prepare quotes and operate confirmed services. Chat transcripts are used to answer the conversation, protect the service from abuse and review what visitors need so LoaTours can improve its service.
Service providers and sharing
AI chat messages are processed by Anthropic to generate responses and stored in Supabase for LoaTours review. Other booking information is shared only as necessary with guides, drivers, attractions, payment or technology providers. LoaTours does not sell personal information.
Retention and security
AI chat conversations are scheduled for deletion 90 days after the latest activity. Other records are kept only as reasonably needed for the request, booking, accounting, dispute prevention and legal obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online system is completely risk-free.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of your information, subject to records that must be retained by law or for a confirmed transaction.
