We may collect your name, contact details, cruise ship, arrival date, port, group size, language, mobility needs and the contents of your message.
Why it is used
We use this information to answer your request, verify an excursion against the ship schedule, prepare a quote, manage a confirmed booking and meet safety or legal obligations.
Sharing
Information is shared only when necessary with the assigned guide, driver, attraction or payment and technology providers used to operate the booking. LoaTours does not sell personal information.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the request, booking, accounting, dispute prevention and legal obligations. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no online system is completely risk-free.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of your information, subject to records that must be retained by law or for a confirmed transaction.
