Booking terms

These terms apply to excursion requests and confirmed bookings made directly with LoaTours.

Request and confirmation

Sending a form or WhatsApp message does not create a confirmed booking. LoaTours first verifies the ship schedule, vehicle, guide and attraction availability. A booking is confirmed in writing after these details and the final price are accepted.

Price and inclusions

The tour page shows an estimated starting price per person. The written confirmation states the final price, minimum group size and exactly what is included. An attraction-pay-on-arrival option is available only when it appears in the written quote; entrance availability cannot be held without supplier confirmation.

Payment

Unless the written confirmation says otherwise, a 20% deposit secures the booking and the remaining balance is due 7 days before the excursion. No payment is requested until availability and the ship schedule have been verified.

Ship does not dock

If the cruise ship does not dock at the booked port, LoaTours refunds all amounts paid for the excursion. Schedule changes should be reported as soon as possible so pickup can be adjusted.

Guest cancellation

The cancellation deadline and any supplier charges are stated in the written confirmation before payment. Attraction tickets or third-party services may have their own non-refundable deadlines.

Itinerary and wildlife

Times and stop order may change for traffic, weather, safety, supplier operations or ship schedules. Wildlife sightings are never guaranteed. LoaTours may replace a stop with a comparable option when required for safe, timely operation.

Guest responsibility

Guests must provide accurate ship, mobility, age and health information and follow safety instructions. Minors must travel with a responsible adult.
