How do you guarantee I'll be back on time?
Every tour is planned with significant buffer time before your ship's departure. We track your ship's schedule and adjust in real time if needed.
What's included in the tour price?
The complete shore experience includes transport, guide, the listed entrances or activities, and every inclusion shown on the tour page.
Where exactly do you pick us up?
We meet you right outside the cruise terminal exit. After booking, we'll send you the exact meeting point and a photo of your guide.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance, especially during peak cruise season (November–April). Same-week bookings are sometimes available but not guaranteed.
What happens if my ship is delayed?
We monitor cruise arrivals in real time. If your ship is delayed, we adjust your tour at no extra cost.
